The Mindfulness Intensive Training
This training will be offered as a hybrid of online and in person.

Summer Deaver
The Mindfulness Intensive Training is broken up into two weekends.
The first weekend is open to all who are interested in creating a daily practice, understanding the principles of mindfulness and living more fully in the present.
The second weekend of this training is for those working with youth. Parents, Teachers, Counselors, Administration, who are looking to take their personal practice and share it within the community of schools.

Weekend 2: Mindfulness for Youth Training
The first weekend is a prerequisite for this weekend module.
During the second weekend of the training, we will hear from experts in the school system, who are actively creating heartfelt systemic change throughout NJ. You will have an opportunity to experience practices to lead with youth, as well as time to practice facilitating those exercises.
We combine the ancient tradition of mindfulness with the techniques of modern thought leaders to profoundly transform your life and the lives of the children you serve.
